CabMaster Manufacturing

CabMaster Manufacturing is a complete solution for any business that has purchased CNC equipment, and is now seeking to automate the generation of machine code through to the their CNC equipment. CabMaster Manufacturing includes all of the features of CabMaster Designer Pro with the added capability of generating parts files with machining data.

CabMaster Manufacturing is supplied with the CabMaster Cabinet Library range. However, unlike CabMaster Designer Pro, the cabinet library includes a comprehensive collection of machine steps that makes it possible to integrate to the machine without the need for further programming.

Integrating to a Flat Bed Router

Many businesses are purchasing Flat Bed routers and adopting a Nested Based Manufacturing (NBM) strategy. CabMaster Manufacturing and EzyNest offer customers a fully integrated end to end solution.

Once the design has been completed in CabMaster Manufacturing, a single mouse click generates a series of layered DXF files that contain both the parameters of the part and the various machine steps that have been automatically applied to it.

From within EzyNest the DXT (a batch of all of the DXF files) is imported. Once imported the toolpath is applied and the true shape nesting patterns generated.

Generate the machine code and deliver the file to the machines controller ready for the operator to process.

Integrating to your P2P

CabMaster Manufacturing and EzyNest are also suitable for P2P machines and eliminate the need to have highly skilled employees constrained to the task of entering parts into the CAM software.

Machining Cabinet Library

The Cabinet Library is developed and supported by QST Systems. It is a library of cabinets that changes constantly and in most cases the cabinets are developed based on customer feedback.

For CabMaster Manufacturing, the Cabinet Library is supplied with a comprehensive range of machining methods that enables a user to easily configure the library to match the chosen method. Changing diameter, depths, assembly methods are easily accessed and altered.
